Law enforcement agencies within Box Elder County are asking the public to help them in apprehending six wanted persons known to frequent the area.

David Shane Ross, age 35, is 5' 9" tall and weighs about 145 pounds.  Ross is Caucasian with blue eyes and blond hair.  Ross is wanted for possession with the intent to distribute, a third degree felony, and multiple felony offenses.  The Board of Pardons has issued a no-bail warrant for Ross, who is known to frequent the Brigham City area.

Bernice Marie Skinner, 22, weighs 125 pounds and is 5' 6" tall.  She is caucasian with blue eyes and brown hair.  She is wanted for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third degree felony.  First District Judge Gordon Low has issued a no-bail warrant for Skinner.  She is known to frequent the Brigham City area.

Catarino Lizarraga, 20, is Latino, weighs 180 pounds and is 5' 10" tall.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  His last reported address was in Brigham City.  A no-bail warrant was issued by Judge Ben Hadfield, First District Court, on a First Degree Felony charge of Aggravated Assault, Conspiracy and Tampering with Evidence.

Charles Willard, 29, is caucasian, weighs 220 pounds and is 5' 11" tall.  He has brown eyes and brown hair.  His last reported address was in Brigham City.  A no-bail warrant was issued by Judge Ben Hadfield, First District Court, on a Class A Misdemeanor charge of Assault by a Prisoner.

Oscar Luis Russo-Gutirrez, 23, is Latino, weighs 196 pounds and is 6' 2" tall.  He has brown eyes and brown or black hair.  His last reported address was in Brigham City.  Judge Ben Hadfield, First District Court, has issued a $40,000 arrest warrant for this subject.

Felipe Hernandez, 22, is 5' 8" tall and weighs 150 pounds.  He is Hispanic with brown eyes and black hair.  His original offenses are rape of achild, a first degree felony and sexual abuse of a child, a second degree felony (multiple counts).  He is known to frequent the Brigham City area.  First District Court has issued a $50,000 arrest warrant for Hernandez.
