·  Can I change the due date of my utility bill?

For billing purposes, the residents of Brigham City are divided into four areas, or cycles, based on where they live. Meter readings are done by cycle, and the utility bill is then sent out each month based on these cycles. The billing and payment dates are therefore set by the cycles.
