·  How do I get new or additional refuse container?

You must come to City Hall and fill out a work order.

·  Where should I put my container for pickup?

The ideal location is to the left or right of your driveway (see the diagram on the right). Be sure the container handle faces your house and the container is placed on the street at least five feet from other automated containers and obstructions such as trees, mailboxes, or parked vehicles. Please park vehicles to accommodate the system.  Refuse must not be stacked into the cans more than one foot above the rim.  Anything sticking out of the sides of the can or more than a foot high risks damaging the automated collection system, and will cause the contents to spill over the top of the truck.
